WINR Risk Consultancy ‘WINR’ takes your privacy seriously. In this notice, we share our reasons for collecting and using personal data, how long we will retain your data and how you may contact us.
WINR is a risk management and compliance consultancy located at 8 St. Lucia Crescent, Kingston 5.
We process personal data for the following reasons:

- To enter into contracts with clients, team members, service providers and suppliers

- Marketing of our services
- Business administration, including communication with our team members and service providers.

– Entering into or performing a contract
– Legitimate business interests

We seek to protect your personal data by keeping our equipment and IT systems safe with measures such as anti-virus software and encryption.
Your personal data may be shared with our software providers who help to make our systems work. We may also need to share your personal data to comply with laws and regulations. Where data is being shared for any other purpose, it is our practice to notify you and request your permission.
We will retain your personal data only as long as we need it for a lawful purpose. Our general retention period is seven (7) years after our last transaction with you. In certain cases, for example to service your requests or protect our legal interests, we may retain your personal data for a longer period. After our relationship has ended and we don’t need to stay in touch or to service follow-up requests from you or to retain your data for other legal or legitimate business purposes, we will dispose of it securely.
